Service Description

AgentPing is an escalation service operated by Sparkling AI AB (org.nr 559498-3818), a company registered in Sweden. AgentPing enables AI agents to send voice call and SMS alerts to users. The service operates through a REST API that accepts alert requests and delivers them based on configured severity levels and user preferences.

Acceptable Use

AgentPing is designed exclusively for legitimate agent-to-user escalation. The following uses are prohibited:

• Sending alerts to phone numbers you have not personally verified and do not own or control.
• Using the service for marketing, advertising, or promotional messages of any kind.
• Robocalling or automated outreach to third parties.
• Sending harassing, threatening, or abusive content.
• Attempting to circumvent rate limits, quiet hours, or other safety controls.
• Using the service in violation of applicable telecommunications laws (TCPA, etc.).

Violations may result in immediate account suspension without notice.

Safety Controls

AgentPing enforces the following safety measures:

• Alerts can only be delivered to phone numbers you have individually verified.
• Rate limits apply to prevent excessive alerting. These limits vary by plan.
• Quiet hours can be configured to prevent alerts during specified times.
• All alerts are logged with full audit trail.

Service Level

AgentPing is currently in beta. The service is provided as-is without uptime guarantees. We aim for high reliability but cannot guarantee delivery of every alert. Do not rely on AgentPing as your sole safety or emergency notification system.

Website Analytics and Cookies

The public AgentPing website may use analytics cookies to measure visits and usage of public pages and calls to action. Where required, these analytics cookies are used only after you give consent through the cookie banner. Details about analytics and cookie choices are described in our Privacy Policy.

We may also use privacy-preserving audience measurement that does not rely on cookies for aggregate traffic statistics.

Rate Limits

Rate limits are enforced per account and vary by plan. Exceeding rate limits will result in alerts being queued or rejected. Current limits are displayed in your dashboard.

Account Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination, all associated data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
