What We Collect

• Account information: Email address and authentication records needed to sign in and operate your account.
• Phone numbers: Numbers you provide and verify for alert delivery. These are stored encrypted.
• Alert content: Titles, messages, and severity levels sent by your agents through the API.
• Usage data: Alert counts, delivery status, acknowledgement times, and API usage metrics.
• Website analytics data: Page views, approximate location, browser and device details, referral source, and a small set of public-site click events such as docs, FAQ, login, signup, and OpenClaw guide clicks, but only after you accept analytics cookies.

How We Use It

• Deliver alerts: We use your phone number and alert content to send SMS messages and make phone calls as requested by your agents.
• Track usage: We count alerts, SMS, and calls to enforce plan limits and display your usage history.
• Improve the service: Aggregate, anonymized metrics help us understand reliability and improve delivery.
• Understand website usage: We use analytics to measure visits, popular documentation pages, and whether public calls to action are being used.

Cookies and Analytics

AgentPing uses Google Analytics on the public website to understand traffic and key navigation patterns. We load Google Analytics only after you explicitly accept analytics cookies through the cookie banner.

We may also use privacy-preserving, non-cookie audience measurement to count aggregate visits and basic page usage without accessing cookies or browser storage. This is used only for high-level site traffic measurement, not for personal profiling or tracking your behavior across sites.

You can decline analytics cookies, or change your choice later by using the Cookie settings link in the website footer. This stops future analytics tracking from your browser for AgentPing pages that use the banner.

Third-Party Services

• Twilio: SMS messages and phone calls are delivered through Twilio. Your phone number and alert content are shared with Twilio for delivery purposes only.
• Clerk: Authentication and session management are provided by Clerk.
• Supabase: Our application database is hosted on Supabase (PostgreSQL).
• Google Cloud: Our application is hosted on Google Cloud Platform (Cloud Run).
• Google Analytics: Website usage analytics are processed by Google after you accept analytics cookies.
• Cloudflare Web Analytics or similar audience measurement: We may use privacy-preserving aggregate traffic measurement that does not rely on cookies.

Data Retention

Alert history is retained for 90 days. Account data is retained for the lifetime of your account. When you delete your account, all associated data (alerts, phone numbers, API keys, usage records) is permanently deleted.

Google Analytics retention and aggregation settings are managed in our Google Analytics property. We use analytics reports to understand website performance and do not intentionally send phone numbers, API keys, or alert message contents to Google Analytics.

Your Rights

• Access: View all your data through the dashboard.
• Delete: Delete your account and all associated data at any time.
• Export: Request a full export of your data by contacting support.
