What counts as an escalated alert?
An alert only counts once AgentPing actually starts a phone call. If the alert is resolved before any call is placed, it does not use your monthly quota.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. You can upgrade from the dashboard, and paid subscriptions can be managed through the billing portal. Depending on the change, it may apply immediately or at your next renewal.
Is there a free trial?
The Free plan has no time limit — use it as long as you like. Upgrade only when you need higher limits.
